Why become an ERP integrator partner

Choosing an ERP is a long decision, and the companies behind it rarely know where to start. Many of them ask us the same thing: who can implement this properly, in my sector and near me? If you are an ERP integrator, those are exactly the projects you want to hear about early, from people who have already thought about their needs.

By joining the network, you receive qualified ERP leads: requests from UK businesses that have set out their context before anyone contacts you. You spend less time sorting vague enquiries and more time on conversations that can become real projects.

What you receive

We send you a request when it matches both your ERP and your area. A request is not a bare contact detail: it comes with the information the company has given us.

Information collected by the form

The request form asks the company for the elements an integrator needs to judge whether a project is worth pursuing:

Information Why it matters to you
Company, sector and size To judge whether the project fits your experience
Location To match you with a company in your region
ERP under consideration, or none yet To route the request to the right specialist
Current tools and pain points To understand what the project is replacing
Scope: finance, stock, production, sales, HR To gauge the breadth of the work
Preferred hosting: cloud or on-premise To check that your offer fits
Expected timing To plan your availability
Contact details To get in touch directly

The company knows its request will be passed to an integrator, and it expects to hear from one. Our own how it works page explains the process from their side.

Criteria for joining the network

We want companies to be introduced to integrators they can trust, so we look at a few clear points before adding a firm.

  • Vendor certification. You hold current certification or partner status with the publisher of the ERP you implement, such as Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sage, Oracle NetSuite or SAP Business One.
  • Verifiable references. You have delivered ERP projects for UK companies and can describe them, ideally in the sectors you want to be matched with.
  • Clear coverage. You tell us which regions you serve and whether you work remotely, on site or both.
  • A serious approach to projects. You scope properly, are open about what a project involves, and avoid the pitfalls described in our guide to ERP project mistakes.
  • Responsiveness. You answer requests promptly and honestly, including when a project is not right for you.

These criteria apply whatever the ERP. We are not affiliated with any vendor, and we do not favour one publisher over another.

How the introduction works

  1. A company describes its project through our form.
  2. We check that the request is complete and consistent.
  3. We identify an integrator that matches its ERP, sector and location.
  4. The company and the integrator speak directly.

From there, the project belongs to you and your client. We do not take part in scoping, contracts or delivery, and we do not guarantee that a conversation leads to a project. What we aim to provide is a better starting point than a cold enquiry.

What a good partner brings to the conversation

Companies arrive with different levels of preparation. Some have a full specification; others only know that their spreadsheets no longer cope. A good partner helps in both cases. Our guides on writing an ERP requirements template and choosing an ERP integrator show what prospects read before they speak to you, so you can build on the same vocabulary.

If you work in a particular sector, such as manufacturing or wholesale and distribution, tell us. Sector knowledge is often what decides whether a company picks up the phone.

How to contact us

To apply, or to ask about the criteria, write to the publisher of this site at hassan(@)gameover-agency.com. Please include:

  • the name and website of your firm;
  • the ERP solutions you implement and your vendor certifications;
  • the regions and sectors you cover;
  • two or three references you are able to share.

We read every message, and we reply to firms that match the needs of the requests we receive. This page sets out no price and makes no promise about the volume of requests: that depends on demand in your region and on your ERP.

Frequently asked questions

How do I become an ERP integrator partner?

Send us a short e-mail presenting your firm, the ERP solutions you implement, your vendor certifications and the regions you cover. We review your profile against our criteria and come back to you. Joining is a matter of fit between your expertise and the requests we receive.

What kind of ERP leads will I receive?

You receive requests from UK companies that have described their project through our form: sector, size, current situation, ERP under consideration and location. We pass on a request only when it matches your ERP and your region, so that you are not sent projects outside your scope.

Is this a lead-selling or business introducer service?

We act as a matchmaker. We help a company find an integrator that fits its project, and the company then decides whether to speak to you. We do not run the project, and we do not replace your own sales process or your discussions with the client.

Are you affiliated with ERP vendors?

No. We are independent of Odoo, Microsoft, SAP, Sage and Oracle, and we stay neutral between them. The only question we ask is which solution and which integrator suit the company's needs.

Do you cover every ERP?

Our pages cover Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sage, Oracle NetSuite and SAP Business One. If your practice is built on one of these, your profile is relevant to the network.
