This policy explains what personal data we process when you use the erp-integrator.co.uk website, why we do so, and what rights you have. It is provided in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Data we collect
When you complete the enquiry form, we receive the information you enter: company, business sector, number of employees, region, the ERP software you are considering, the nature of your need, the modules you want, timeframe, indicative budget, name, job title, email address, telephone number and message. We also record the page from which the request was sent and an irreversible hash of your IP address, used solely to limit abusive submissions.
We do not collect any special category data, and we ask that you do not include any in your message.
Purposes and lawful basis
Your data is used only to:
- assess your ERP project and contact you about it;
- match you with an ERP integrator suited to your project, to whom your request is passed on;
- monitor the quality of the service (for example, to know whether an introduction took place).
This processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
Recipients
Your request is accessible to the Gameover Sàrl team and is passed on to one or more ERP integrators selected for your project. These integrators will contact you directly and become responsible for any processing of your data that they carry out from that point. Our technical service providers (website hosting, enquiry management tool, email delivery) access it only to provide their service.
Your data is never sold for advertising purposes, nor used for marketing unrelated to your request.
International transfers
Gameover Sàrl is based in Switzerland. Where your data is transferred outside the United Kingdom, we rely on the safeguards provided for by the UK GDPR, such as an adequacy regulation or appropriate contractual safeguards.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for three years from the last contact, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Audience measurement
The website uses an analytics tool that sets no cookies, does not track visitors from one site to another and stores no personal data. A cookie consent banner is therefore not required.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent. To exercise them, write to hassan(@)gameover-agency.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: in the United Kingdom, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk.
Security
Communications with the website are encrypted (HTTPS). Enquiries are sent directly to our management tool, access to which is restricted to authorised personnel.
