Choosing software is hard enough. Finding the right firm to implement it is often harder. ERP Integrator exists to shorten that search: it is a free ERP integrator matching service for businesses in the United Kingdom. You tell us about your project, we qualify it, and we introduce an integrator suited to it. This page explains each stage, why the service costs you nothing and what we deliberately do not do.
What the matching service does
An ERP integrator is the firm that configures, adapts and deploys an ERP system in your business, then supports it. The quality of that firm usually shapes the outcome of the project as much as the software itself. Our role is to help you find an ERP partner who has relevant experience, before you spend time on lengthy supplier searches.
We act as an intermediary and nothing more. We do not run your project, we do not write your contract and we do not take part in your implementation. For a wider view of what to look for in a supplier, read our guide to choosing an ERP integrator.
The process, step by step
The route from request to first conversation is short and the same for every business.
| Stage | What happens | What we need from you |
|---|---|---|
| Request | You complete the short form describing your business and your ERP project | Your sector, your current systems, your goals |
| Qualification | We review the request and clarify anything unclear | A few minutes to answer follow-up questions |
| Selection | We choose a certified integrator whose experience fits your project | Nothing |
| First conversation | The integrator contacts you to discuss your needs | Your availability and any documents you already have |
1. Your request
You describe your company, the processes you want to improve (finance, stock, purchasing, production, projects, sales) and the software you are considering, if you have a preference. You do not need a finished specification. If you want to prepare, our ERP requirements template gives you a structure, but it is optional.
2. Qualification
A request that is too vague wastes everyone's time. We read yours and, where needed, ask a few questions to understand the scope, the number of sites or entities involved, the sector and how you expect the project to run. The aim is to brief the integrator properly, so that your first conversation is productive.
3. Selection of a certified integrator
We then select an integrator that holds the relevant certification for the software concerned and has experience with businesses like yours. If you have not chosen an ERP yet, we look at your needs and propose a sensible direction. The five solutions covered on this site are Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sage, Oracle NetSuite and SAP Business One. You can compare them on our ERP software page.
4. The first conversation
The integrator gets in touch with you directly. This first exchange is for understanding your situation, answering your questions and explaining how they would approach the work. You are under no obligation to proceed, and you can compare their approach with others before deciding.
Why the service is free for your business
Businesses pay nothing because the integrators in our network fund the service. They take part because they want introductions to companies with a real project, already qualified, rather than raw enquiries. That arrangement means:
- you are never invoiced by us, at any stage;
- you are not charged for the introduction or for any follow-up;
- the cost of the project itself is set between you and your integrator, and you should compare it with other proposals.
To understand what typically drives the price of a project, see our guide to ERP cost.
Our commitment to confidentiality
Your request often contains sensitive information about how your business runs. We treat it that way.
- We use it only to qualify your request and to brief the integrator we introduce.
- We do not sell it, publish it or pass it to unrelated third parties.
- You can ask what we hold about you and request its correction or deletion.
The full terms are in our privacy policy, and our identity and contact details appear in the legal notice.
What we do not do
Being clear about our limits is part of being trustworthy.
- We do not sell licences. We have no software to place, so we have no reason to steer you towards one product.
- We are not affiliated to any publisher. We do not claim any formal tie to Odoo, Microsoft, SAP, Sage or Oracle.
- We do not carry out the project. The integrator implements the system; we make the introduction.
- We do not oblige you to choose anyone. The decision, and the contract, stay with you.
Before you send your request
A little preparation makes the first conversation more useful. Think about which processes cause the most friction today, who will use the system, and what you must keep from your existing tools. If you are still choosing between systems, our guide on how to choose an ERP sets out the main criteria, and our overview of ERP implementation shows what a project involves once the choice is made.

Frequently asked questions
Is the ERP integrator matching service really free?
Yes. You pay nothing to submit a request, to be qualified or to be introduced to an integrator. The service is funded by the integrators who take part in our network, not by the businesses that use it. Any fees for the project itself are agreed directly between you and the integrator you choose.
How do I find an ERP partner that fits my business?
Describe your activity, your current tools, your main pain points and the ERP you are considering, if any. We qualify that request and introduce an integrator whose experience matches your sector, your size and your preferred software. You then talk to them directly and decide whether to continue.
Are you linked to Odoo, Microsoft, SAP, Sage or Oracle?
No. We are not affiliated to any software publisher and we do not sell licences. We stay neutral between Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sage, Oracle NetSuite and SAP Business One, and the recommendation depends on your needs rather than on any commercial tie.
What happens to the information I send you?
It is used only to qualify your request and to brief the integrator we introduce. We do not sell it and we do not publish it. Details of how your data is handled, your rights and how to exercise them are set out in our privacy policy.
Am I obliged to work with the integrator you introduce?
No. The introduction commits you to nothing. You can ask questions, compare the proposal with others, or decline. You remain free to speak to other integrators, and the choice of supplier is always yours.
Who carries out the ERP project?
The integrator does. We only make the introduction. Scoping, configuration, data migration, training and support are handled by the integrator under the contract you agree with them, and we are not a party to that contract.
